Wheel Stand Pro V2 top part loose

Hi I have a Logitech G920 wheel and my Wheel Stand Pro V2 worked fine till recently where The part that holds the wheel and shifter is loose, I tried fixing it myself and I'm not sure why it's loose, this makes games like Rush 2049 on MAME difficult to play, Can anyone help me please? I've also contacted the manufacture of the stand and have yet to get a response, I need help!
 
In the past they have replaced broken parts for me, twice. Hopefully they still provide the same great customer service.
 
Pics of the problem? Do you mean the bolt that secures the metal plate to the upright pole is loose or the wheel mounting to the plate is loose? Or something else?

Anyway, pics of where the problem lies are going to be needed I think.
