Wheelstand pro deluxe difficulty

Had started a thread elsewhere until another guy directed me to here so I shall post the same thing here as well & hopefully it gets my problem solved.

Have just took delivery of a wheelstand pro deluxe for my G27 and am already having difficulty attaching the shifter plate to the wheel plate. I have images to show you exactly what I mean.....

I remember getting slightl y stuck with this but there is a correct position. i Will have a look at lunch time

It has annoyed me solid for the past 4 hours. Not fun after a nightshift... But have gave up and am heading to my bed! If the 2 holes on the shifter plate were just a few mere mm further apart, I'd be laughing.....
 
Okay I've only used 2 screws. you should be able to get two holes lined up perfect. just use those 2. having trouble uploading a pic from my phone

I can't see which two, though. Common sense suggests that it should be the two side by side, but my last image shows that they aren't identical distances apart.

im using mine upside down so i could position the shifter lower lie in a real car

Never even tried that position. The two holes side by side was what was putting me off - they are distracting coz I can't see any use for them with my wheel. I can see you have two Allen key bolts thru them but I also see an Xbox logo attached to the wheel so I assume you're not using a G27?

Regardless of what wheel you're using, thank you so much. My mate always told me that user forums are better & faster than any customer service, & it's so true.

hey no probs dude glad i could help, yeah my wheel is a porsche turbo s fanatec wheel. its true most times help is far quicker to get on forums then anywhere else.
 
I have just took delivery of mine (Deluxe T500 version) although I think there the same, dies it come with the shifter plate or is that an optional extra? I don't seem to have one.......... :/
 
According to their website the Deluxe T500 is fully compatible with the G25/G27 so the plate should be in there.

It should be in a separate little box like the one the screws were in. Its about 7 or 8 inches long.Looking at the actual pictures online it looks like they have changed the plate to a bar for that model.

Drop them an Email if you can't find it they are very good.

I did drop them an email and the did respond (took about an hour) :)

Your right tho, I have 3 metal strips and ref shifter attaches to one of those, as you say I think they have just changed what it attaches to.
