WSP customer service is seriously lacking. I ordered from them and they sent me a fake / invalid tracking number last week. After a week of waiting in futility for a tracking number to work, I'm getting annoyed.
I've emailed them several times, and now they just ignore my emails! Very frustrating.
I'm going to file a complaint against WSP through PayPal and get my money back, and just order an alternative. Over £100.00 to this company for an invalid tracking number and ignored emails isn't my idea of a good way to spend my hard earned GBP!
The problem is.. what is the alternative lol.. not the old ironing board surely!
Anyone have any suggestions for a similar alternatives? No fixed chair-stand combo, must be similar to WSP in design / function.
