When did you finally outgrow MTV?

MTV is not bad as it has gotten more mature recently
 
I'm still working on it. Jackass is the best.

I moved out of my parent's house and had no cable for years. It never occured to me to watch MTV after that. I already knew none of the music I liked would be played, and the bits and pieces I saw on others' TVs looked looked inane and vacuous. In fact, the entire notion of "music video" seems a little perverse to me.
 
I have never outgrown it, 29 years and counting.. It's a great background channel during daytime and at night the specialised shows can give pretty good tips in both new and old music.

Favourite video right now is the highly rotated "pass that dutch" w. missy E
 
When ever you figure out you can't stand Boy bands or any type of band that doesn't use a instrument.
 
Canada has much music and it slowly starting to change like mtv did.
 
I like some shows and videos, like Viva la Bam and stuff like that no real world or crap.
