When the trading limit resets?

When the trading limit resets? Is it 24h after I traded? Or it is after midnight? Say I traded at 11:30PM at midnight I can trade again after half an hour? If yes which time its based? On the time in my PS3? On the time that appears in the GT Life menu?Or is it by the time zone I put in my PSN Adress? Reason I ask is that I just made a trade, I got confused about the trading time reset and couldn't send my car, and the guy that I was trading already sent his car, so to not make any mistakes again, and make people think that I'm scamming, I would like to know this!

Trade slot reset is 7:00pm est don't know how that works with your time zone tho.

GMT + 0 is 4:20 AM now, here is 2:20 AM, so it should reset in 2 hours right?
Or I did something wrong?

You stated that 0:00 GMT was currenty 4:20 A.M.
You stated that your current time was 2:20 A.M.
Which means you are 2 hours behind GMT 0:00 (I am assuming that your time zone is GMT - 2).
2:20 A.M - 4:20 A.M. = 10 P.M.
