When will Apex II Guide be available?

When I preordered the anniversary edition, it was supposed to include the "Apex II guide" as a book.

Later it was announced on the Playstation blog that it would later be published via download. Unfortunately this has not happened yet. Will it be available soon?
 
This would be wonderful to be able to purchase from the GT store!
 
I didn't even know that was supposed to be part of the pre-order deal. I got so hung up on the missing game features that I guess I overlooked this.
 
I was wondering about that. In the US, there was no mention of a book.
