When will PD fix the 1.17 Transmission Bug?

I have consistently checked the forums everyday for the past 10 days and, judging from how PD has issued hotfixes in the past for certain issues in their game, it seems like we won't be getting the fix any time soon. Honestly can't play the game now because of it. As much as I would want to be optimistic, I think that GT6 is consistently being ruined. The major physics change the 1.09 update brought and worsening online lobby problems are tolerable to a certain degree, but I have had it with the transmission bug. It's just too much.
