when will the tyre wear/fuel burn take affect

i just tried the online and to my surprise the fuel was draining and the tyre wear was workin and what a good race it was.

is there a certain level you need to be for the tyre wear/fuel to start getting used or is there a setting to turn tyre wear and fuel use on in the career mode and the practice

i havent seen any of this happen in career and im level 17 so im curious if it works as soon as im a higher level or if there's a option for it

Read the manual in the game some great info in it. Plus the print is large enough to see if you have a big TV.
