I believe it's out in Japan so far (everything comes out there first...) I don't know if it will make it to the other markets though, North America has been notoriously light on getting expansion packs for Video games (there have been many...)
Europe is generally in even worse shape....
Europe is always last with games or consoles. Look now with the Xbox. It is released today in europe and the gamecubes is released in May . That is just not fair
