where are the neons??

The only neons (Which are actually decorative LEDs) are on Morohoshi's Diablo SV which is acquired by....

I won't lie I was kind of hoping/expecting neons in the latest update given the name "showcase" they would have been a perfect fit in that update also the fact they were announced all the way back in November....
