WHERE are the tuning menus?

Tried searching before I posted.
I installed an adjustable transmition on my 63 Vette and I can't for the life of me find the menus where I am able make adjustments.
The top speed on this thing just isn't cutting it on Suzuka.
HELP!

Settings before your race starts and hover over transmission and to the right theres a sub list of whats installed on your car, click the guage lookin icon with a - and + and it will bring up your gear ratios.
