Where are these places?

I've noticed some photos that were taken at places that i've never seen on GT5 Phototravel. I know that the photos weren't on a track. It's baffling me, where are these places?

The image is from a kart track that was supposed to be in the game. The city that the racetrack was in complained about the improper use of flags(I think. If not, there was some sort of conflict), and the track ended up being taken out.

Correct jgboy24. Thing is, PD said that they'd remove the flags, but instead removed the track altogether without so much as a heads up.

Another photomode sopt I've seen is Red Bull's Windtunnel. I saw it in the "Apex" book that came with the collector's edt. of GT5.
