Where can I find some FREE transparent windows tools?

In particular I am looking for something to make the start menu semi-transparent (when you hit the start button and you have all your programs and control panel and my computer icons run search etc etc.)

I found how to make the taskbar and any other window transparent for free now just the start menu in such etc. etc.
