All the cars that currently cannot be found instantly on the game will eventually pop up in the used car dealership. You will have to be patient and wait until it shows up. Everytime you do a race 6 new cars will show up for you.

It's in the used car dealer. The dealership cycle changes every "game day" so you have to keep an eye on it until it shows up.

Is it to do the b spec races? If so you could use the zonda that as in last weeks OCD if you brought it.

It depends on what cars you have and what races you want to compete in, so just specify.

Everytime you do a race 6 new cars will show up for you.

Load up a licence test and click the proceed to next test icon; do this 6 times - so if you are starting with licence test 1, do this until you reach licence test 6 and quit to menu. You don't have to do the test(s) btw... This will refresh the ENTIRE UCD - super fast!

yes - sure. one from here told me about this trick as i was desperately waiting for a RUF to pop up in UCD... have not tried it for some time, but i think it is not something that would have been patched (thinking of the recent updates).
