Is there a topic that they monitor for bugs/ideas/feature requests, ect... so I can push for ideas I think should be in the game and should be added in the future such as having a weight to power ratio restriction in multiplayer?

I'm sure they have a team in place to review and filter emails, granted they are somewhat proffesional. My guess would be that they are :)

I just tried sending mail to the e-mail address above and it didn't work; 'mailbox unknown'.

Not being funny here, but what makes you think you know better than the 200-odd strong team of devs? A power / weight restriction would have, no doubt, been on the massive innitial list of features that was either tried and rejected or rejected out of hand early on in development. Probably because it would be difficult for your average user to deal with, unless a power / weight ratio was added to the stats of the car.

There are very, very few devs who actively listen to their users when implementing features. They might look at suggestions and occasionally base new features on them, but the only time I can think of anyone listening to their userbase is the Eve developers. But this is sufficiently rare, that the only way I've heard about this is from an article in a mag saying "look, isn't this rare?".

Bugs are a different matter - all publishers / developers will collate bugs sent in by users and work out shich ones need to be fixed and which ones are economically viable to fix...
