Where can I view telemetry?PS4

At one point I was able to see telemetry but I have no idea how I stumbled upon it. How do you look at telemetry? Can you get it as an overlay as you are driving or is only available in replay? Thanks in advance.

Left D Pad

Left D Pad should cycle through a few different hud displays, one of those will be the telemetry display
