Where did they go??

I have an older laptop which i use for all my computer needs, obviously including gaming. by older i mean about 2 years old, 512mb ram, 80gb hdd, ati radeon graphics card. so it definitly gets the job done, especialy when it comes to my favorite PC Games.

Sim City, Command & Conquer, and the occasional Age of Empires.

so of coarse i have all the latest versions of all these games but i havent heard any hype or news surrounding any of them lately.
i have simcity4:rush hour, c&c generals:zero hour, AOE:war chiefs.

so my question is, are these games done? or are they going anywhere? will there be more games in these franchises? or did i totally miss something here?

I don't know about the other games, but the latest C&C game is C&C 3. It came out earlier this year.

Age Of Empires 3 is getting a new expansion pack, "The Asian Dynasties". Its due out in a few months or so I think. I think theres a new simcity coming out too. Saw something about it on some gaming website.
