Where do I get the Viper STSR concept

I was wondering what I have to do to get the Viper GTSR concept car??...any help would be great!!!

Formula 1 Racer is wrong. You get the F686/M F1 car if you get all gold in PRO. To get the concept Viper you have to get all golds in S License. Since thats pretty damn hard there is a second way of getting it: beating the Gran Turismo Allstars championship in the PRO LEAGUE. Note its 1 of the 4 cars you could win.
 
You can be positive of which car you win of those 4 though...
 
I think mine is from the profession league GranTurismo All Stars. When the 4 blackout cars screen came up, I sort of kept pressing one of the 4 buttons (right) on the controller that was the GTSR's location and got it finally. I wonder if what i did affect the selection.  ;) maybe it was just pure luck.
