Where do I race cars over 800 performance points?

I have finished GT7 so no longer go through cafe. I have a GR.2 I want to race but can't find anything I can race it in as it is over 800 performance points.

Custom Races, Multiplayer… that’s it right now.

Don’t get me wrong I’m loving Custom Races but, it sucks that the entire of Gr.1 and Gr.2 are pretty much useless besides for collectors like me.

Detune them to 800pp and drive the wtc800 race at sardegna. That’s what I do. Some only need RH tyres to match 800pp and the others need some HP detuning too to match. And with the won credits U can buy a lot more cars to do this on and on.

You can add ballast and a power restriction and use Gr1 & Gr2 cars in the WTC700 & WTC800 races. Hopefully we get proper Gr1 & Gr2 races (+ Sport mode) added at some point..

What @Koyaga says. De tune and run the WTC 800 races in them. I’ve got the NSX 500 which is amazing round Sardegna. I also have a Lexus GT500 which while good is nothing compared to the NSX.

I didn’t pre order so don’t have the Toms supra, well gutted. So I got the Supra race car and stuck a Castro paint job on but would love to have got the original.

Yea, you have to detune and/or put RH tires on to get them below 800PP. Definitely lame. Hoping for future content to 'unlock' these cars. It's the one thing that's kept me from guying a bunch of Gr2 cars. Have the NSX GT500 with RH tires is 792 but that's it for Gr2s.

The Tom's was in the Legendary for 1.5 mil; it'll be back. When? who knows.
