Where do you get matte black/white

As title states, im wondering where can i find these paint chips or which car can i buy that comes with it

The LFA comes in matte black. I'm not sure where to find matte white.

I think they will eventually be on sale at PSS. But I don't. like the lack of cbips.
I do like not receiving paint each time I start the game. The flat colors available don't include white or black.

Aventador is available in Nero Nemesis (matte black) and Bianco Canopus (matte white), as well as Marrone Apus (matte brown, but darker than Matte Brown in GT5).

k nero nemesis is a bit darker than matte black. Is there anything darker than nero nemesis though?

Gt86 '09 concept has a matte color
And avandator has two matte colors maybe three
I'm thinking I might of saw the Lamborghini aventador has white
