Where is my birthday ticket!?

I am a proud player of the GT series and I have played all of them. I just have one small problem. How can I contact PD to tell them of a little problem? While PSN was down, it went past my birthday (5/11) and I didn't receive my ticket since I can access PSN now. Does someone know a way of contacting them by E-Mail or Phone?
 
I.... really have no clue why I didn't put it there. This is more concerning of Polyphony Digital then it is of GT5.

Questions regarding GT5 go in the GT5 forum. We have a thread there already on the birthday cars during the PSN outage.
