Where is my DLC?

If anyone can answer this, I would like to know the steps required to take so I could get me Shelby GT500 I bought from the PSN Store.

I believe I have tried just about everything.

Go to the used car dealer while signed out of PSN. If you have bought a lot of DLC cars you may need to buy your way through until the Shelby appears. To get the Caterham I wanted I had to buy Two Veyrons, a Zonda, two Astons, a Jaguar, Shelby and a hideous green Camaro. Happy hunting.

i don't know this is my first dlc other then COD MW2 map pack.
