Where is the Cargo bob online after the update?

Has anyone seen it after the latest update? I know it would spawn on top of other helicopters, so i assume they removed it or change their spawn locations in the update.
I haven't been able to find it anywhere except for flying around fort zanduco.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
I stole one last night to get my impounded car back from trevor's airfield.

I've been looking in the same spot for the past 2-3 days, the airport by Trevor's place, but all that spawns there now is a plane and a attack helicopter. It doesn't seem to spawn at the international airport either.

I spotted one flying around fort Zanduco, but I've never seen it parked/landed.

I don't really need the thing, but now that I cant find it its driving me nuts.

Am I the only one having trouble finding it?
I had no trouble finding it a few days back.
 
I think the plane and chopper spawns are tied to your level, so if you're getting Buzzards instead of Cargobobs you've gone past the level at which they spawn. You'll have to buy one I guess, or get someone who is around level 25 (I've been seeing Cargobobs everywhere for a while and I'm level 27) to grab one for you.
 
Okay so I started a new character, and at level 22 the Cargobob started to spawn again.

I'm gonna keep this character at this level so I can switch to him when needed.
