Where is the Chevy Silverado in GT5?

I deleted all my game progress just before we lost the GT5 online. (I did it on purpose...not proud of it) Now I'm working my way back without seasonal events or login bonus. I can't find the Silverado anywhere. Can someone remind me where I got it?
 
It appears in the used car dealership, but only about a dozen times.

That figures. I actually got the Looney Tunes trophy for all the mods I put on that truck. Now it's gone.
