WHERE THE HELL IS IT??????

Can any one please explain to me where the export garages are?? It came up on my pager but I can't find it, I've been driving all over the place.
ASAP as I wil soon go insane!!!!

Go to the docks in Portland that is where they are.

Get a taxi and do some missions in Portland. On of the common destinations is 'import/export garage'. When you drop someone there, look around, there's a building with a list of car types on it. Find one of each, and drive 'em on in!
