Where to find forum posting rule?

I try to find the rule, and I can't find it. Where I supposed to find it?

Maybe it will be better if there is link to forum rule in every page. Maybe put the link in the top most of forum jump too.

Edit: nevermind, just found it. in the very bottom of every page. My mistake for not notice it. I am a bit slow to know that "Acceptable Use Policy" is the same as forum posting rule. I thought it would be among the top red button

Right down the bottom of every page there is a "Acceptable Use Policy" link.
