Where to Go Near L.A???

I have a question. I've been wanting to drive on a race circuit for a while, but the only problem is that I live in Los Angeles, and I dont know any place that i can go do this. I Dont want an oval because here we got Irwindale Speedway and well, that wont do. Any Ideas where near L.A i can go??? Any info would help. Like how much, what is needed and so forth. Thanks again for the info.
