Hello,

I first played GT5 Prologue at Best Buy on a ps3 demo disc. It was so awesome because I could play as a 400+ hp '93 Nissan Skyline in drift mode with unlimited laps. I would go there and play for literally hours on end just drifting around like that.

When one of my friends got a ps3 I ordered GT5 Prologue through the playstation store. It was really annoying because the only way I could play was if he was signed into the playstation network and everytime I would go to his house, at least once a week to play it, I had to wait 20-30 minutes while it updated the game for some reason. It was also annoying because the game would not load unless he had an active internet connection. I paid $55 for that.. anyway that's another rant.. When I could actually play that game I could still go to the arcade mode and access like 25+ cars and go to drift mode. Granted I didn't have unlimited laps like the demo disc but if I went backwards on the track it was like I had it all back.

Last week I bought GT5 Prologue from GameStop and when I went to play it in arcade mode there were no cars. I had to go to the dealership and start off like any previous GT version. I figured it was because I needed to be signed into the playstation network and let the game update itself. So after updating the ps3 and making a playstation network account and reloading GT5 Prologue I thought I would have those cars and guess what, there were no cars!!

Where did all those cars go?? Why did the downloaded version of GT5 Prologue have all those cars in arcade mode but not this actual tangible disc version?

Also, how do you get unlimited laps in the arcade drift mode?

Thanks in advance.
