Where'd you get this DLC stuff?

On the opening page of GT5 there is this little icon on the right that means "download".... so I press it and it says I don't have any DLC.... but that's why I'm pressing it, to get some!

Where are you supposed to buy it? Do you go out of GT5 to the Sony shop? If so, why have the download button in the game? Am I missing something simple here??:dunce:
 
You buy it in the Playstation Store, you install it after you buy it through there on that DLC Button in game.
 
Step 1. Go to PSN store, buy content
Step 2. Click red DLC button in game
Step 3. Profit Enjoy
 
Thanks all.... they do make life awkward don't they? Why not just use the button to directly link to the content??

Probably so kids that are not allowed to use the PSN Store (age restrictions) don't go out and buy stuff. Let Sony worry about that. You probably need a licence too to sell content, which they didn't want to bother with. Or there is an agreement with Sony that content is only to be sold via the PSN Store.
Just an idea, can't say for sure if that is even remotely true.
