Wheres Road America and Vancouver?

Hey guys I haven't played the original forza on xbox in yrs. I got to about level 25. I recently read that Road america and vancouver track was in it, which I never recalled seeing. So I checked it out and can't find them anywhere. So I looked further and ripped the disk then looked at the tracks folder and noticed they were on there. How come I can't play these tracks or find them within the game?

Ya nevermind. I found road america as I further progressed into the career. Im assuming vancouver also unlocks once you race on it
