From GT1, the Twin Turbo GTO as it was the first car I really tried to set-up (and failed miserably by the way!). Oh, and the Lancer as it was the car I first drove when a mate of mine was banging on about how great this PlayStation game called Gran Turismo was.
From GT2, the Speed 12 (I got my first tuning kudos in our GT circle by being able to set it up so that it was a race-winning dragon rather than a fire-spitting mule ... only took about four weeks of testing to do it too!). Also, the Elise GT1 for pretty much the same reasons (weirdest set-up I ever had to come up with that actually worked).
From GT3, probably the Tuscan and the XKR, just because it was so nice to find 'proper' cars that hadn't been mangled in terms of performance and handling by the rice-burner programmers!
Also from GT3, the million and one Lancer models - for all the wrong reasons i.e. visceral hatred induced by the 'How many versions of the same car do you really need' response!
