I used the F2007 and I think it is probably faster than the F10.
I can't really tell the difference other than the looks and tires due to regulations.

Well to give you a 100% correct anwser would be impossible coming from me.

I heard overall the F2007's were faster than the F10's.

In the seasonal I run the F2007 simply because its the one I own because of looks.

I drop both front and rear downforce by about 20 clicks. Subtract the rest with the power limiter and I'm usually in 1st place just after the sharp left hairpin.

30+ second leads come easy if you keep it on the track.

Ferrari 2007 is, for me, quicker than the 2010... but in my opinion the 2010 is the better-looking car.

Grooved tyres were an appalling part of F1 history :D

The F2007 is going to be faster because F1 cars built in and around 2004 tend to be the fastest, despite having grooves cut in the tyres to slow them down. Just imagine what they could do on full slicks... .

Anyway, I don't know if the grooves on the F2007 have a function to slow the car down or they are purely cosmetic. And I also can't believe that PD didn't model DRS for the 2010 model  .

By my recollection the f2007 has more grip thus is easier to max out, although the f10 looks much more handsome in my view

If im correct they are pretty even untill you brake in the F2007 then it is the fastest F1 but if not the other one holds its ground pretty well

There are more aerodynamics on the 2007 compared to the 2010.

So I personally find the 2007 slightly better through corners, with the 2010 feeling slightly better in a straight line.

The difference isn't massive though. I think the only reason the 2007 is 2.5mCR more to buy is because it was a Championship winning car, not because it is 2.5mCR better to drive.

I think the f2007 got something that makes it faster than other f1 cars, that's one of the reason they won eeeeeverything before. Or that's the 2004. Not sure :p
