is your preferred series?

I find that L&O is split 70%/30% regarding focus on court work and police work focus. SVU is about 50/50 and CI is about 30/70 in favour of police work.

Personally I prefer the original L&O. I think The guy who plays McCoy makes a convincing lawyer, more so then the other two series.
 
I like all three of the Law and Order series, but I like the way the tall detective (Detective Goren) thinks in Criminal Intent. I mean, that guy is intense!

Some of the episodes are really disturbing in SVU, like the one where this guy was burning Arabs just because of his father's decision to marry an Arab.
 
I'm with Thio, my favorite is C. I. as well.
 
Even though McCoy's character is more likable, the better actor was Micheal Moriarty. But Waterston's improved enough that I'm not sure that opinion would hold after a long comparison of their episodes to each other.

Waterston went to Yale and La Sorbornne.
 
I must admit too that Goran is more entertaining to watch. Him and Brisco would make a good team.

I found Moriarty a bit dry and droll.
 
L&O CI will be interesting this Sunday on NBC: a horse witnesses a murder :odd:
 
I like CI but I think it is a bit too much of the same. I've never REALLY liked the origional so I have to go with SVU.
 
I love them all. I have never really followed it or anything, but if I go into the living room and my parents are watching it, I end up watching the whole thing. :lol:
 
I like all three of them myself,but if I must choose.I'm going to half to go with SVU.I think theres more emotion in the cases that they get.Plus I love watching Ice-T when he gets pissed off.
 
Thats Ice-T, and SVU is my favourite, dont miss an episode if I can help it
 
Actually, I don't have a favorite, but I like when they even up the Order from the Law. However, Dick Wolf tends to make the show mirror real-life incidents, so sometimes the investigation is simple, cut-and-dry, and the trial part takes ages. Other times, the investigation is what takes so much time the case gets cold.

However, as convincing as Ice-T is as a detective, he's still to me the "...CopKiller! Better you than ME! CopKiller! **** police brutality!...", so it doesn't always gel with me...

I don't get much time to watch the episodes, I'm either at work or fooling around on GTP. But sometimes I see my parents watching it, and I sit down to watch a scene, then we talk during commercials and I'm glued to the TV again, and then bamb, an hour is gone.

Although I've seen a lot more of the original, I like the CI more. The way the male detective acts is excellent. I always liked the smart, but sort of kooky, eratic personality.
