which method to use to upload replays?

hey gtplanet. I'm new here and I've been an avid fan of drifting ever since I can remember. I have recently attended Drift Atlanta (Formula Drift) at Road Atlanta in which I live nearby. Eiji "Tarzan" Yamada was a judge at the event and I got his signature on my "One More Time" finger-hand thing. I've had GT3 for awhile and I'm still trying to finish the game. I'm at 96.1% and have spent many sleepless nights with countless bags of Doritos and 12 packs of Coke. Anyway, I have around 16 replays with a Subie 22b, Hachiroku, R32, FD, FC, S13 1800cc, MR-2 G-Limited, and some others. I was wondering what would be the best way to upload them... I don't have a TV out on my graphics card, but my friend does. Should I videotape them with a camcorder or should I just try to do the whole comp upload? I wish I could stick my memory card into my comp so I can just upload those replays. I have seen most of the videos on gtplanet already and also watch Top Gear, Best MOTORing, and WRC. The videos on here are amazing. I still have a hard time getting down feint drifts, but you guys just pull em off like nothing. heh, I still have much to learn. I currently own a 2004 honda accord ex sedan in which I loathe oh so very much. It's going to my sister in two years and after that I am planning on getting an old 91 mr2 so I can perhaps start a drifting career. despite all that, I just wanna share my replays so if you guys will, can you please tell me which method I should use? thanks for your time.
 
I'm glad to hear from a loyal fan like yourself - a real guy who just loves this game. :) If you don't have a way to get the video into your computer (search around for threads describing the best way to get this done), the quality is going to be very low. I'm going to avoid hosting any more videos like that, and if you aren't doing anything especially different from a regular replay, GTP might not be the best place to host your video. Look around for some free web hosts that might be willing to host video files. People do manage to find them and can usually host their videos quite well.
 
The best way I've seen to share replays with other people is to get a Sharkport (Western Hemisphere), or an X-Port (Eastern Hemisphere). They'll let you upload files from your PS2 through a USB hub to the computer, where you can upload them and share with us here. If I'm correct, the file upload allows for both formats to be uploaded (*.sps, and *.xps). The one problem with this format is that you can't see the replay from the computer (I have yet to see an emulator that does nothing other than display GT3 replays on a computer). I'm sure that there are people here with video cards who'd love to help you get these replays on the net if you ask them nicely enough.
 
Thank you so much for your input and I will try my hardest to get my replays on my friend's FTP or something like Tripod. I've just worked so hard on these replays and it feels as if they're just going to waste with only me watching them. It's kinda like one of those football movies when the coach sits down at the old movie reel and watches old football games, examining mistakes. Oh well, in the meantime I am flustered with summer duties so I have to make time for GT3 on the weekends. Thank you again for your time and thoughts.
 
The best place to look for video hosting would be in the GT3 Drifting forum. There are tons and tons of dedicated drifter's with hosting space for videos.
