Actually in gt5 the Ferrari California was a top down vehicle, but in gt6 it is permanently top up. As for the miatas, I don't think any of them are top down.

But they all will be top up during the race. Conclusion, top up or down in the dealershs are indication of standards or Premium.. PS: there are only 2 Eunos with top down in the dealership, one on the first and another on the second page...
