Which of these 2 printers should I get?

They both have all the things I need in a printer (for me anyway, I don't need a photo-like printer) Same price, but both have minor differences.

Which one would you buy and why?

Looks like you get a few more colors with the F380. But I wouldn't buy either one of those. If you have to buy one, I'd go with the F380.

You could also check on the replacement cartridge cost and go with the cheaper one.

I want a compact printer-scanner-copier for under 100 dollars.

I also wouldn't be doing much with color (isn't too terribly important to me, but still do want occasionally), but definately with black print speed.

Which one would you go with and why would you consider it better than either of those?

They’re nearly identical. As far as I can tell, the PSC is a tad slower at printing and a lower scanning DPI, but can make 50 copies (versus 9 in the F380) and can scale copies up to 400% (versus 200% in the F380).

So I guess it comes down to how important the copying part is to you – 9 copies, or 50?
