Which of these two cars should i get?

Both in my UCD right now:

Dodge Viper GTS-R Concept '00
Nissan GT-R Concept (Tokyo Motor Show) '01

The Nissan is a tuned concept but the Viper may allow a turbo at least. Thing is i have a few Vipers and although they're my fave American cars they all drive kinda similar and are all about as powerful (like most Merc models)
Plus they aren't the most responsive steering-wise so I don't know how this will be as a race car - i have the Team Oreca Viper and its a beast on the Indy but i don't use it on other tracks.

Any advice, perhaps from someone who has both?

If you already have a viper go with the GTR Concept ^^ just my two cents
 
The Nissan is a prize car, so go with the Viper 👍
 
thanks but its a prize car im probably not gonna get. i rarely get golds in licences and im not a huge fan of nissans in general so tbh I aint really going to try for it either
 
The Viper, fully tuned, is still quite slow. With 900bhp, it can't keep up with the likes of the Cien and Saleen.
 
Viper, while it may not be as fast when fully modded, it's very quick in stock form. That and it's a Viper which is much more fun to drive than another GT-R.

i've since decided to go with the viper but im not going to over tune it i dont htink - i have a Viper race car already which is my quickest car on the Indy and also have another Viper Coupe in polarised red/green which is lush so I'll have this one specifically for mid-PP events and keep my other one for higher and my fave one for pleasure :)

As for the Nissan it looks good but doesn't reveal any specs and im not big on Nissans anyway plus it doesnt have a racing stripe! lol
 
Run the B spec seasonal @ Spa and get both.

ive never even tried a bspec seasonal lol. any tips? is it really hard? can you still pick a much better car like in a-spec to get an edge and make it easy so you can grind it or is it like you have to nurse your driver through every part for 20 odd laps?

Friend me and I'll send you my GTR Tokyo Concept and you can buy the Viper. I bought one from the UCD and then won one later on. It's nothing special that you can't find in any other GTR so I never delivered it off my truck..lol. Friend me at "Johnnypenso" so I can send my ticket there and dupe it for you. You should get it by Wednesday if you do it today. I use the Black Mask version at 550pp and it's a beast and the V-Spec 09 and the GT Academy Version at 600 pp.

I like the Viper handling in the game but they seem to be slow for some reason, in spite of the fat tires, good grip and sweet engine noise. I was tuning up a 99' GTS yesterday and it was a full second slower than the 4WD Volks and the HSC Concept, in spite of feeling faster than either one. The engine roar is deceiving.

I got the Viper and i think i might do some time trials. Right now tho im on a mission to build my bankroll for those expensive UCD cars. I have 8 mil right now but it doesnt seem like enough lol i wanna buy every untradeable car i can

Generally though i dont mind about the Nissan for now as im not big on Nissans (probably because most are 4WD which i hate).

My fave Viper (SRT Coupe '06) i just drove again and its so sweet with the polarized paint - especially iwth the interior view as you have a nice clear view of some of the muscle on the chassis :)
 
I once won a race on GT Concept using nothing but 3rd gear in the Viper GTS-R. Which is cool. :cool:

However while the Viper's tranny is super long, the GT-R's takes no time to shift and feels super awesome too. And is probably a bit easier and better to drive. Either would be good.

NP..if you change your mind let me know. I've never found much difference among the GT-R's. They all handle really well at any PP level and are sometimes slightly underpowered because of it. I have 550pp cars with 550+ hp but the Black Mask is less than 500. If I'm really going for a win I use it on tighter, twisty tracks like Deep Forest, Tsukuba, Trial Mountain etc. It's less suited to Road Course Indy, Monza etc. although it will do well there against anything less than the best competition. I find them boring to drive for the most part because of the crap sound and boring handling.

I filled up my garage mainly with the old SSR7 glitch. I think I made $70,000,000 in a week just driving around in tight circles under the bridge in the middle of nowhere...lol. Bought most everything I could find or ever want.
