These three computers are at around my budget. My question is which one will be the best for a complete noob who just started thinking about moving to PC. I'm planning on playing Planetside 2, BF4, Project CARS, and some other games in the future. Which one will be the best? If you have any questions about my criteria please ask. Thanks guys =)

If you're thinking about cyberpower, i'd advise you to check their own configuration site. For pre-built pc's they're well priced and all of the latest hardware is available, free shipping and it arrives within 15 days. I had mine from them, they did a very good job with putting it together properly and cable management, and for delivery they filled the case with air bags!

Well if you are going to invest that much why don't you build it yourself? newegg.com is a great website to visit to do this. There are many guides online(newegg has a guide here to get you familiar and then follow parts 2 and 3).

If you really just want to buy a computer off of the shelf then I would recommend you to not consider the Acer AG3620-UR308. The GPU is a piece of trash for that price point. Good brands to look out for is Asus and MSi from my experience(How good their motherboards are). I would try to price check the computer DQuaN recommended(The second link he posted) with the other desktop towers with the same hardware as I believe you can find the same for cheaper.

I'm planning on building my own after my first pre-made PC.
I'll do more research on that.

Not to keep harping on it but I'd really have to recommend building your own PC. These days it isn't even all that difficult, all the parts go together like shiny (and expensive) lego. Even if you don't want to build one, you're probably better off getting one built for you by a site like NCIX. I'm not sure if they do that in the US, but here they offer a $50 charge to build a PC that you pick out from their store, which is much cheaper than any other manufacturer (especially with gaming PC's where they charge a lot for being able to say you're using the same PC they use at MLG).

With regards to the two you've posted, the first one is really just not powerful enough to play top games at high settings, and the GTX 680 in the Cyberpower is more powerful than the 660 in the other Acer. Of all the ones posted so far the Microtel branded PC seems like the best value.

I'd like to have Windows 8, because a lot of software and hardware are recommended Windows 8.

The second one seems pretty good.

I just parted out the second one from Newegg. You can build it yourself for roughly $1473.92 + shipping.

At a selling price of $1,819.11, you can see what they are charging for assembly.

Plus if you buy the card separate, you get a free game! :D

Why dont hardware makers recommend windows xp these days?

Windows XP would be very very fast with current hardware.

Quite easy to answer. It will not be supported by April anyways. So why bother supporting users that can't buy a Windows XP install CD due to the fact many retailers don't sell it anymore?
