Which phone??

With the announced Samsung Galaxy S4 coming out, i am in time with getting a new phone. I have been looking at the S3 for a while so i was wondering should i wait for the S4 or get the S3? And i was wondering if the S3 will drop the price when the S4 comes out like what happened to the S2?

I would wait to see how it is like. If it is barely different, S3 for the lower price. If the S4 is way more advanced, get it. I do this with iPhones.
