Which platform will you play GTA V?

Nice idea 4 a thread OP 👍, PS3 all the way, Shame the game wont be as good as it could be with then having to make it playable on the inferior xbox.
 
I'll be playing on the PS3. Do we know for sure that GTA V will be released on the Wii U? For that matter, has Rockstar actually been confirmed that it will be released on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC? :lol:

Not sure. Its still a rumor .
 
Might not even happen on PC. After all, as far as I know RDR never came to PC.

Even not being a PC gamer it would be a massive letdown for it not to be though. Some of the modding work for GTA 4 is truly exceptional.

Probably PS3. It's the platform my friends will get it on, and I'll want to play with them. That said, I would like to have it on PC, but mine is rubbish, and any mods would kill it.
 
Assuming my ps3 doesn't have a heart attack, I'll play it on that.

That series has never been on the PC to begin with, though. GTA IV, LA Noire, & the upcoming Max Payne title will be on the PC which tells me there is a 99% chance GTA V will be, too.
 
May the good ol' PS3 be it again, for the obvious reason that I'm a full-time console guy.
 
Did GTA IV perform better on the 360 compared to the PS3? People say multi platform games always perform better on the xbox... Although to me the colours look all washed out.

I think there's a lot of misinformation out there promoted by fanbois of both systems.

When GTAIV came out, I remember on GTAForums, someone went to the trouble of compiling video of gameplay from both PS3 and 360 versions to compare their performance and the crowd went wild because one version had slightly washed out colors and the other version had more object pop-ups. Who really cares unless your version performs horribly or keeps crashing?

When you read the reviews of games that come out for both systems, generally there's not that much of a difference when they compare the graphics performance.

I'm just glad the current generation consoles have such impressive graphics compared to the previous generation. I've been recently playing both San Andreas and GTAIV on my 360 and San Andreas, even though it's as much fun as it ever was to play, has graphically aged very badly and looks terrible compared with new games.
 
PS3 as it's the only console I own.

All our GTA games are on Sony consoles - i dont see that trend breaking any time soon. ;)
