Which R34 Skyline is the best?

Hello there fans of the Nissan Skyline R34. Recently, I have become interested in buying a new R34 and I was wondering, which is the best model in GT5? I'm only interested in the 4WD street cars and the DLC R34 TC, no RWD racecars or drift cars. Please fill out the following information when posting:

Full name of the Skyline:
Premium or Standard:
Stock horsepower (oil change is ok):
Fully tuned horsepower w/ break in:
Top speed fully tuned:
Top speed at 700 horsepower:

The 700 HP top speed field is for a Cops club I'm in.
 
The N1 models will probably be on the top of that list along with the DLC one. Just buy those and max them out to see for yourself.
 
The only one I've given a full tune on is the standard M-Spec Nur '02, it came with 316 hp stock w/o oil change and with all the parts, it was 742 hp. Been awhile since I drove it, so I don't remember the top speed.

1 - R34 touring car
2 - Mine's BNR34 (premium)
3 - Mine's BNR34 (standard)

But those are (more or less) race cars. For plain old road cars, I would say the premium Skyline GTR Vspec II Nur would top the list of R34's. POSSIBLY the Gran Turismo Skyline GTR '01, but I've never fully tuned it and kinda hate the livery they put on it.
