Saw a snip in a youtube video and tried to google it with different keywords and the picture backwards search but just couldn't find it. There is a cartooned R34 Calsonic Skyline with non-real dimensions. The track which I first thought could be tokyo but it seems fully in the sky. First had a bit vibes of Auto Modelista but the cars there are shaped correctly and the HUD doesn't match. Chances this could also be a Japanese Arcade one are possible.

Btw is there a thread with a "game" where someone posts a racing game screenshot and others have to figure out the game? Winner posts the next shot and so on. Could be fun and a bit educational to find something to play and/or a good old hidden gem.
