Which store is best to buy GT6 from?

When GT5 released I bought the collectors edition,I wanted to buy any GT6 edition with the bells and whistles (although I wont be starting with any High powered DLC cars and spoil the game)

Is the anniversary edition the only one?

It looks like Asia is the only one getting the Collectors Edition. Us US people have to settle for either the vanilla or Anniversary. Personally, I opted for the Anniversary - same price and bonus cars make for an easy decision.
