Who is "$treet King" and the "$treet King$"

I've been wondering, who is this street king i've heard oh so much about......I've never seen any of his videos but i heard he was like crazy or something

$treet King was a guy who talked really big, saying he was the best drifter on the forum, etc. He finally posted a vid, and while I didn't get to see it, the criticism wasn't very favorable. $tree King then went on to say that the video was old footage, and that he had gotten much better after that.

He got banned, then I think he came back. I missed what happened. Then he got banned again.
