With all of the Virtual Console popularity, and it being able to port games that no one ever played in the first place (or the TurboGrafx 16 would have been more popular), I got to thinking: Who is authorizing all of the PC Engine titles? Is it NEC doing it, or Hudson, or (as I'm guessing) Sega? I only ask because NEC said they washed their hands of the industry after the TG-16 bombed in America, and Hudson Soft is rather busy being owned by Konami.
