Who will be playing both GT6 & FM5?

This thread is for all gearheads who enjoy both titles. It is not intended to bash either one. Its intended to celebrate your excitement. I play both series, so are you getting ready to take holidays to immerse yourself into gearhead heaven? Also, I need a few more friends on Xbox. Please feel free to friend me. Enjoy!
 
You mean after M$ announced that 360 wheels won't work on the XB1? Practically no one I'd bet.

I will eventually be playing both. Looks like I will be playing GT6 before F5 since I don't plan to get the X1 until 2014. I plan to rent GT6 to make sure its miles ahead of GT5 otherwise I am sticking with GT5. Forza 5 not having night or weather really killed the decision instantly for my F5 purchase. Otherwise I would have bough the X1 and would have been playing F5 at launch. Still have plenty to do in F4.

I have no plans to buy the PS4. Will buy the X1 in 2014 because it has dedicated servers.

I don't use a wheel so that doesn't effect my decision at all.

Unfortunately for Microsoft I feel that the PlayStation 4 is going to be a much better console for me and my interests so I won't be purchasing an Xbone for at least a few years. I'll definitely be playing Gran Turismo 6 and Project Cars, if it releases on next gen consoles.
 
I'll definitely gonna play GT6.

FM5 however i'm not so sure about. Maybe in a year or two. I won't buy the XBONE anytime soon though, if ever.

Looks like there are some wheel compatibility issues ahead with some makes. I use the 360 wheel now, and its a bummer that it will not be compatible.

I hear companies are scrambling to make "adapters". Madd Catz has a wheel ready apparently for XBox One, which looks high end. Big price tag though.
 
I might be getting both. FM5 is getting first billing for me as it's next gen, and looks to be superior. I may try out GT6 though side I've always liked them both.
 
When Forza would be available on PS4 then Yes ill play them both. Why not 💡

The same goes for arcade sticks for the FG genre. Especially when Killer Instinct comes out on xbox1. :indiff:
 
Once XBox One prices drop later 2014 I'll pick it up and Forza 5 (Have yet to actually play a Forza game!). But I'm getting GT6 the day it comes out. :)

You know comments like that typically get regular members in a bit of heat, must be ok because you're a mod though right? :rolleyes:

I will be playing both, I already got both reserved and will be getting them on release day.
