Who's Fault?

Racing with some good friends tonight, probably two of the cleanest racers I know.
They had a bump, upon replay review it's a bit hard to tell.
The outside car comes slowly over to line up the next turn when the inside car appears to come barreling through, or does he as he is on the racing line?
Your thoughts.

 
Virgil. Clearly. Dude drifted left instead of holding the line when drawing beside. The Passer is responsible there, as in almost all situations.

Not sure why that matters much, though. It was just a slight bump. Both cars had plenty of time to make the corner without incident.
 
It's Virgil's fault as he changed his line when alongside clearly. But what you did had your car going further and further right across the track potentially causing an incident if he didn't do that.
 
Im struggling to see past the guy on the left imo. Yes the guy making the pass drifted slightly when making the pass but that doesnt really excuse the move from the guy being overtook.
