Why are no tracks run in reverse?

As the title states, why are none of the tracks that support reverse racing used in any of the A or B-Spec races? They're in the game and it would help diversify the courses used throughout the game. More importantly I'm sick of racing Grand Valley in what seems to be in every race package.
 
There are. First that comes to mind is Circuito de Madrid Mini in the World Compact Car Race and in the European Classic Car Championship. I believe these use the forward and the other reverse in A-spec.
 
High Speed Ring is ran in reverse for the MR races on expert.

Love that track in reverse, especially when the sun blinds you when you exit the tunnel. Simply stunning!
