Why are there 111813 points available when, for each race, you can get 200 points?

It seems highly unlikely when you divide 111813 by 200 that you get 1.

Why is this?

Sorry for the inconveniance if this question is already answered, I didn't find it...

Because some races - one-make series, for instance - it's impossible to make your car so that you can get 200 A-Spec points.

Try here.

Because in some races 200 is unattainable, the car can't be ballasted enough and driven with slippery enough tyres to make it slow enough compared to the opposition.
