Why aren't my times added to the leaderboards?PS4

This is really annoying me. I have a fully paid PS+ subscription, I'm signed in, I'm online.

I pick a track, a car, do a buttload of laps and then when I go back to the main menu and try to "find me" on the leaderboards, it says I have no time [on this leaderboard]. This is happening over and over again on every track with countless cars. Am I missing something?

As a side note (rant), the way you pick a car and track for these online leaderboards is easily the worst system I've ever come across. Sometimes you're not even in the car you picked. But I digress.
 
Where do you pick a track and car to do buttloads of laps?

From there (Time Trial). The only time that has ever been registered is my fairly average shot at Road America in the Audi 90 quattro.

On any other track I'm given the message you see in the other picture.

The only suggestion I have is that your laps get red but that's probably not why. I you go back to the track and car class it should show if you have got a clean lap.

Someone else probably got a good answer 👍
 
Yeah I know I've got plenty of clean laps that should register on the leaderboards.
Really annoying as TTs are a huge part of what I play sim racers for.
 
I sometimes have to wait 10-15 mins before my lap time appears. I use find me after a TT and it doesn't find me. 15 mins later ok there.
